Want to know what I do when I get a little break between weddings?

My best friend (and coincidentally the best real estate agent ever), Lily Lewis, grew up in the little town of Louisville, GA. Her parents still live there in a 1700s home on a little farm, and we went to visit this weekend.

Of course, I’m never too far from my camera so Lily and I exchanged lessons… she’s teaching me the art of English Riding, while I’m teaching her a little bit about Photography. The photos below are my favorites from the weekend, and Lily did a great job with her new photography skills!

I was invited to participate in the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) Lock-up, and today the cops came to take me away. With the help of my generous friends, family and colleagues I raised over $700, but I’d like to do even more.

Hayley Adkisson and Michael Tanner were married on August 2nd, 2008 at First Baptist Church in Marietta, GA.

A few weeks ago, I got together with Lina & Daniel Hanks to take some additional photographs at the University of Georgia (UGA) campus in Athens, GA. It was the first time I’ve been to see the school, and we had a great time wandering around finding neat locations. (more…)
