A Visit to Louisville

Monday, August 25th, 2008

Want to know what I do when I get a little break between weddings?

My best friend (and coincidentally the best real estate agent ever), Lily Lewis, grew up in the little town of Louisville, GA. Her parents still live there in a 1700s home on a little farm, and we went to visit this weekend.

Of course, I’m never too far from my camera so Lily and I exchanged lessons… she’s teaching me the art of English Riding, while I’m teaching her a little bit about Photography. The photos below are my favorites from the weekend, and Lily did a great job with her new photography skills!

Locked Up for “Good”

Wednesday, August 13th, 2008

mdalockup1.jpgwas invited to participate in the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) Lock-up, and today the cops came to take me away. With the help of my generous friends, family and colleagues I raised over $700, but I’d like to do even more.

To continue raising money, I’m asking YOU to make a donation to the MDA. It’s tax-deductible, and for every $25 you donate, Belletti Photography will issue you a $25 credit towards reprints purchased online (up to $200).

Please log on to my personal MDA website to make your tax-deductible contribution.

Thank you for your support!

For more information on Muscular Dystrophy and the MDA, have a look at their website: http://www.mda.org/

Shannon Belletti - Going behind bars for “good”

Ok, it’s not what you think!

I’ve been invited to participate in the upcoming Decatur Executive Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) Lock-up. On August 13th, the cops are coming to take me away… I’m hoping they’ll go easy on me, but I figure the more money I raise they nicer they’ll be. I don’t look good in prison stripes!

If you want to help me raise my bail money, you can log on to my personal MDA website to make your tax-deductible contribution.

Thank you for your support!

There’s an online wedding photography website written by professional photographers to educate brides on all things related to their wedding photography. I submitted a short article on local Atlanta-area locations and was published online today!

Thanks very much to my fabulous clients, Lina & Daniel, Carin & Brad, and Lindsey & Alan for letting me share their images.

Here’s a link to the article if you’d like to read it: WedFog.com

Vendor Feature - Unique Floral Expressions

Tuesday, May 13th, 2008

I thought it might be nice to feature vendors I’ve had the pleasure to work with, and this week I want to spotlight Julie Coffin with Unique Floral Expressions.

Julie did all the flowers for the Hettinger/Palmer wedding at the Georgian Terrace Hotel, and she did an amazing job! These are some of my favorite images from last Saturday:
